There is no Chie apart from Je, Amber, and Luke.  She thanks God for her family, and that life is now complete.  Chie learned to write when she was too shy to talk.  The seed of the story The Moon is My Friend has been planted in her head since, while gazing at the night sky, Amber exclaimed, "The shining, milky moon..."
