He is an independent comic book artist and a freelance writer.  The Greediest of Rajahs and the Whitest of Clouds, which won first prize in the 2003 Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards, is his first children's book.  He operates wwww.homanga.com, a free webcomic site, from his humble hole in the ground in Silay City, Negros Occidental.
