This exclusive workshop is annually held to provide basic training and knowledge on the craft of writing and illustrating for children.  Each year, ten (10) fellows — based on literary and artistic merit — are selected from the entries received.  Barlaya is facilitated by acknowledged children’s experts, experienced children’s book authors and illustrators, and the Adarna House Product Development Group.
