• Book Fairs

    Book Fairs are regularly done to make our books more accessible to the general public. 

    For schools, this is Biyaheng Eskuwela ng Adarna (BEA), our literary campus tour, which includes student contests, author and illustrator visits, and book-making lectures.  School or corporate organizations also invite us to put up selling booths for their events in order to raise funds or to donate part of the proceeds from the book sales to their chosen beneficiary.

    To invite us for a book fair, please send us a letter to request, indicating the following information:

    Set-up

    • - Where would the booth/s be set up?
    • - How many chairs and tables would you provide?
    • - How large is area we are allowed to occupy?

    Schedule

    • - When is the start and the end of the book fair?
    • - What time does the book fair start and end each day?
    • - Is the book fair a part of a certain event and celebration?

    Requirements & requests

    • - Do we need to send you a certain document?
    • - Are there fees involved?
    • - Aside from the selling booth, what other activities would you like us to do for the fair?

    Coordinator

    • - Who are we going to coordinate with?
    • - How can we get in touch with this person?

    For schools (Biyaheng Eskuwela ng Adarna), the letter should be addressed to Genesis Manalo, Senior Sales Associate (genesis[at]adarna.com.ph). Otherwise, send the letter to Fiona Fajardo, Sales Officer (fiona[at]adarna.com.ph).
