Van Zeus Allen Cantos Bascon started illustrating when he got admitted to Ang Iustrador ng Kabataan (Ang Ink) in December of 2005.  After graduating from the University of Sto. Tomas in 2008, he got his first book project for a book to be published by Adarna House in partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Miss Earth Foundation.
