Adarna House bags 3 of 6 National Children's Book Awards!

Last Saturday, July 24, the children’s publishing industry gathered at the Mandarin Oriental for the first ever National Children’s Book Awards. And we have been grinning from ear to ear since then because, out of our 14 nominations, 3 of our books were given citations!

August will have phew-ing and whew-ing as we almost do a workshop tour in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.  We have a total of seven literacy workshops in the Greater Manila Area, Samar, Leyte, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao, in partnership with the Department of Education, Yakap para sa Kaunlaran ng Bata, Plan International, and ICTSI Foundation.

Welcome our new storybooks at the MIBF

As promised, our book launch this year will be extra-special as we celebrate our 30th birthday. On September 18 (that’s a Saturday), at 10:00 AM, we will be launching 5 storybooks and 2 activity books at the Manila International Book Fair!
