Adarna House, together with Ascott Makati, brings Filipino children’s literature to life in a unique staycation experience: the Adarna Books Suite. Open until December 30, 2025, the specially themed two-bedroom suite is filled with artwork and stories from beloved Adarna House titles—thoughtfully curated to inspire joy, imagination, and a deeper appreciation of Filipino literature.
From "Alamat ng Ampalaya" to "Si Janus Silang at ang Tiyanak ng Tabon," guests will find over 20 curated books across genres, complemented by vibrant visuals from Adarna House’s talented book illustrators. One room is dedicated to "Florante at Laura," featuring scenes from our annotated edition. A cozy reading nook ties the space together—perfect for readers of all ages!
This collaboration is especially meaningful, as it also commemorates Adarna House’s 45th anniversary, and we’re proud to mark the occasion by reaching new audiences through partnerships like this. The project launched in partnership with Best Buddies Philippines, with children from the organization joining us for an afternoon of storytelling, crafts, and take-home books.
