Mode of payment
Purchases may be made via bank deposit (BPI) or using Paypal, through which secure credit card transactions can be processed.Â
Currency
Rates are quoted in Philippine pesos. However, Paypal will be converting the charges to US Dollars during the payment transaction, based on current exchange rates.
Shipment Schedule and Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (except public holidays), 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Philippine time). Orders completed (with payment) from 12:01 AM to 12:00 NN are processed on the same day. Orders completed beyond the 12:00 NN cut-off will be processed on the next workday.
Please note that some local couriers have a list of Out-of-Delivery Areas, and that locations not found in the drop-down list of countries are considered Out-of-Delivery Areas for international shipping. We also do not deliver to military addresses and PO Boxes.
Shipping fees
Every online purchase has a corresponding delivery charge, which will be based on the total weight of the order and the area of delivery. Each area of delivery has a corresponding minimum shipping rate for orders weighing up to a certain weight, and a corresponding charge for every additional 500 grams. LOCAL
- 7 to 14 days shipping

- Shipping Charge: Up to 500 grams, PHP60.00 for Metro Manila and PHP160 for outside Metro Manila
- For every additional 500 grams: Php 30.00
We will notify you if ever the destination of your package is considered an Out-of-Delivery Area (ODA) by our courier. If your location is an ODA, you may have to pay an additional fee upon delivery to your doorstep, or you may be requested to pick up the items at the nearest postal office.

Return policy
We accommodate requests to return an item for replacement or refund, provided that we are advised of this intent within five (5) business days of the item’s delivery. Email store [at] adarna.com.ph of your wish to return the item, the quality of the received item that did not meet your expectations, and whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement. Upon acknowledgement of your email, we will ask you to send us back the item in question, along with the delivery receipt, which should be mailed out to us within three (3) business days of our acknowledgement.
